This week at the Center for Advanced Materials and Technologies CEZAMAT of the Warsaw University of Technology we had the honor of hosting Mr. Thierry Deschaux, Executive Director of EDF for Poland.

The main task of the representative office is to support the process of preparing a comprehensive offer in the field of nuclear energy, adapted to the Polish market.

The meeting was led by CEZAMAT prof. Romuald Beck, assisted by representatives of the Faculty of Physics, the Faculty of Mechatronics and the Faculty of Power and Aeronautical Engineering of the Warsaw University of Technology. The topic of the meeting was the possibilities of cooperation in the field of research and development between WUT units and the French energy company EDF.
