This on-site training is a practical course designed for administrative and research support staff from WUT. The primary objective of this training is to enhance their skills in effectively applying for, implementing, and managing international projects under Horizon Europe. The course will focus particularly on supporting successful grant proposals, from addressing cross-cutting issues to grant budgeting, understanding the European Commission’s grant and consortium agreements, and administering research funding, including post-award management of EU projects.
