Laboratory of Microfluidics and Bioinstrumentation

Laboratory description/carried out research

Studies carried out in the Laboratory are focused on the design and manufacturing of microfluidic systems for modern medical microdevices. Our laboratory develops diagnostic devices based on PoCT and devices for conducting preclinical research in Lab-On-Chip systems. Additionally, as part of the Laboratory, we create infrastructure that allows for the liquid handling in microdevices, including micro-valves, micro-mixers and electronic-mechanical modules forcing the flow in chips / diagnostic cartridges.
