The CEZAMAT DIH operates a hub designed for BIM technology that offers access to technology and expertise in smart building solutions. Its services are addressed to construction companies as well as individual specialists and representatives of local authorities and public institutions involved in the preparation of construction projects. 

This hub provides the opportunity to use state-of-the-art laboratories to test specific building automation solutions. In addition, smart solution testing is offered at the design stage. 

The ‘Smart City’ hub also offers certification and support for the implementation of ISO 37120 “Sustainable cities and communities — Indicators for city services and quality of life.’ The hub provides expert support in the client’s implementation of a given technology, especially in the first, riskiest period. The aim is to move from the early stages of product technology development, through its implementation to post-industrial production and product commercialisation. 

The hub provides support in building and testing MVPs, developing innovative solutions, and obtaining external funding; it provides the necessary laboratory testing, prototyping and possible pilot production.
