Department of Microbiology, Molecular Genetics and Genomics
The Department is involved in oncology diagnostics (tumour profiling with NGS, ONT, ddPCR techniques) and projects in genomics, tanscriptonics, epigenetics, metagenomics and 3D genome structure analysis. In the therapeutic area, work is carried out in the fields of oncolytic therapies, oncolytic adenovirus engineering and adjuvants (BSL 2 standard laboratories).

Department of Printed Electronics, Textronics and Assembly
The department is involved in the printing of sensors, chips, as well as complete functional systems. The Department undertakes the development of the full production cycle - from solution development, through the preparation of dedicated composite materials, to the printing process and implementation.
Medical Diagnostics Department
The two main fields of the Department are the development of microsystems/fluidic devices with specific functionality and the development of bioanalytical tools for diagnostic, clinical, environmental and other applications, based on optical and electrochemical biosensors and biotesters.
Department of Medical Biotechnology
The Department specialises in advanced biomedical solutions in microfluidic and biomaterial technologies, solving the problems of targeted therapy, oncology and implant and regenerative medicine, as well as broader biotechnology.
